A mere 35 minutes from Varadero International Airport is the Allegro Varadero, an all-inclusive resort set on the stunning peninsula, with sweeping ocean views and deep blue water, fine sand on the beaches, and surrounding lush, tropical vegetation. Although there is a lot going on at the resort, you aren't required to do anything, but relax.
Standard rooms at the resort have everything you need to make your stay super comfortable. Although you won't be spending too much time indoors, it's nice to know that when you are there you will be just as comfortable as you are anywhere else. Room amenities include a private balcony or terrace with garden view, one double or two twin beds, full bathroom, air conditioning, a mini fridge, and an in-room safe for added security.
The all-inclusive meal plan includes daily buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners, but you may have three of your dinners at one of the a la carte eateries on-site for a more traditional dining experience. A la carte options include an Italian eatery, an international restaurant, and a seafood eatery. There are also five bars on-site, so there is no reason to every be thirsty.
As for on-site activities and entertainment, there are three pools to swim in or lounge by, and plenty of water sports. Water activities range from snorkeling and kayaking, to catamarans, windsurfing and scuba lessons in the pool. There is also plenty to do on land, including tennis, volleyball on the beach, table tennis, aerobics and fitness classes. In the evening, there are a variety of shows, dance lessons, and a disco to check out.
